Montmartre/Sacré-Coeur : Lovely flat, ideally located to visit Paris and into the famous Village of Montmarte, in a quiet street downstairs of Lamarck-Caulaincourt Subway station, less than 10 minutes walk to the Basilica of Montmartre (Sacred-Heart) and the Place du Tertre with its many painters. The location is the starting point of a picturesque and romantic walk during which you will find the famous sites of Montmartre (less then 10 min by feet) : Vineyards, the Lapin Agile, the Maison Rose, the Place du Tertre and by another road, the street Rue Lepic and place des Abbesses, or the Moulin Rouge in Pigalle, the Marché Saint-Pierre and a little further the Flea Market of Saint Ouen/Clignancourt. If you want to enjoy the charm of living like a real Parisian, we'd be glad to welcome you in our Hausmanian style apartment. Perfect for a nice love escapade or for enjoying a relaxing environment after a business day. It is a nice and charming (35 m2) flat with all the comfort you need, a balcony and many shops and cafés in the neighbourhood. The 2-rooms apartment, completely renovated, has all the comfort for 1-3 persons, with a cot for babies (younger than 4 years). The flat is on 1 s t floor in a building (Haussmanian style). The livingroom, light and airy, decorated in a pure Parisian style, is equipped and connected: LCD TV screen with free cable (french and international channels are offered), a stereo for music, DVD player, high-speed wireless access to the Internet wi-fi). Cosy: sofa, armchair, music, bookshelves, and a dining area. In each room, a large opening on the street with a windowsill flowers to welcome you gently after a long day of walking - Oak flooring. Cooking friendly: well arranged kitchen with modern and design worktop and cupboards and shelves. It is equipped with an oven, four gaz burners, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee Nespresso machine and a toaster. There are all necessary ustensils.
