Tastefully renovated mostly according to the original adornment, this 50m2 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained 17th century walk-up building equipped with a security system.<br />

Facing the street and courtyard, it is south and north exposed, featuring pale yellow painted walls, genuine ceiling beams, stained glass windows and old-fashioned tiled floor, as well as a hardwood floors.<br />

Spacious and having two large windows facing the street, the living room is fitted out with a sofa bed facing a wooden dining table, 4 matching chairs and a decorative fireplace.<br />

Full of charm, the bedroom has a 1.40cm wide double bed, a mezzanine, a XVIII e closet, decorative wall lamps, and a window opening to the calm courtyard.<br />

The kitchen is equipped with 2 vitro-ceramic and 2 gaz burners, an multifunction oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an electric coffee maker, a boiler, a toaster. Kitchen utensils are provided.<br />
