Uno de los dormitorios, habilitado inicialmente como estudio, dispone ahora de varios aparatos de ejercicio (bicicleta elíptica, vibrador, tabla de ejercicio, pesas...)<br />
Podemos dejar nuestro coche, un Ford Mondeo a su disposición para sus desplazamientos, sobre todo fuera de la ciudad.<br />

The house has dining room and living room; three bathrooms and three bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two pull-out beds, and one single bed), studio / gym. Air conditioning in living room, dining room and in two bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, thermomix, pressure-cooker, coffee maker (Nexpresso); storage room with washing machine and dryer; courtyard, small porch and a large terrace in the master bedroom. Attic for storage. Internet and wi-fi. Two televisions. Three bikes. EWe have an upright piano if you need to practice. We can leave our car, a Ford Mondeo, to get around, especially outside the city.

Por diversos motivos, nuestras fechas preferidas serían del 30 de agosto al 20 de septiembre, aunque sólo dispondríamos de 22 días para nuestra estancia. No obstante, si se tratara de sólo dos personas, podríamos estar dispuestos a recibirles algo antes, lo que podría facilitar la familiarización con la casa, el barrio y la ciudad.<br />

A pocos metros de la casa hay varias paradas de autobuses urbanos, carril bici y, a corta distancia, estación de tren. A doscientos metros del Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones y muy cerca del Parque Infanta Elena.<br />
Mucho pequeño comercio en las inmediaciones y varios supermercados para ir a pie. Grandes superficies muy cercanas también.<br />
Hay playas muy cercanas: a poco más de una hora en Huelva y Cádiz. Posibilidad de excursiones de un día a Córdoba, Granada, Ronda. A poco más de dos horas de Madrid en AVE.<br />
Muchos bares y restaurantes en la zona, a cortos paseos a pie. Muchas posibilidades para degustar "tapas".<br />

My single family house is located in Sevilla Este, a quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes from the city center and well connected by public transportation (bus stops, bikeway, railway station…). The neighborhood has a social club with tennis and football court, pool and bar-restaurant. It is close to the Palacio de Congresos and the Infanta Elena Park, and near home you can also find small shops, supermarkets and department stores. Sevilla Este is located between the exits to Malaga / Granada and Cordoba / Madrid, ten minutes from Seville airport. In short trips, you can visit some beaches and beautiful cities: Huelva, Cadiz, Cordoba, Granada, and Ronda. Madrid is two hours by AVE.<br />
Many bars and restaurants in the area, short walks. MUCHS possibilities to enjoy "tapas".
