Our apartment was fully remodeled in 2010 and we were the first tenants to live in it. Most everything is brand new and in good condition. Beautiful wood floors throughout. We have housekeepers that come once a month and we do not smoke in the house. There are two other units in the building - the neighbors are quiet and unobtrusive. We hardly ever see them. <br />

First room: Formal dining room/kitchen with a balcony that overlooks a shared backyard. The balcony has a grill and enough space for two people to sit and enjoy. Kitchen is modern with granite countertops and new appliances including a disposal, dishwasher, oven and microwave. We have a fully stocked kitchen for those who fancy themselves chefs. There is a small room off the kitchen that houses a washer and dryer for your convenience. <br />

Second room: Master bedroom - smaller, but quiet and cozy as its tucked away from the noise of the street. Queen-sized pillow-top bed that's only a year old. There's a television with cable in the room. <br />

Third room: Living room - L-shaped couch, flat-screen television, cable with premium channels. Note - this room has a large closet that we use to keep a majority of our clothes and things. There's also a smaller closet in the master bedroom. Overall - plenty of storage space. <br />

We have a car available for use - an older Honda Civic (automatic). There is metered parking outside our place and some free parking on various streets near the apartment. If you're interested in swapping cars, we can discuss the parking situation in more detail. <br />
