Beschreibung der Unterkunft

Immaculate, Bali-style, new construction condo with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, with beautiful pool, 8 in-pool beds, 2 jacuzzis, and amenities including gym and game room. This is our home too, so we have outfitted it with all the comforts you can think of. There is a 40 inch 1080 HD TV in the living area, complete with Blue Ray DVD and surround sound system. The master bedroom has a 32 inch 1080 HD TV with DVD player. There are separate remotes for both TVs, allowing you to watch American and European channels. The beds have 500 thread count sheets and plenty of pillows. All of the furniture has been custom made. The upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. We also upgraded the washer/dryer to a real, full size washer/dryer, not a combo unit that really is just a spinner and will never get your towels dry! Finally, there is and ELEVATOR and a trash chute (two unusual items in Playa!). <br />

The condo has 24 hour security. If you decide to stay home, you can lounge on one of the 6 beds in the pool. Or take a dip in one of the two jacuzzis. The property has a game room including a pool table, air hockey table, and a poker table. There is also a fully equiped gym. There are other lounging and entertainment areas situated around the beautifully landscaped grounds. If you want to hang out at the condo, you can sit on the balcony and watch the pool activity from above. <br />

You may want to reconsider cooking when one block away is 5th Ave, a walking pedestrian mall, with hundreds of restaurants at your disposal. Or, if you want more of a local flavor (and price) you might walk three blocks the opposite way to experience fish tacos or sirloin burritos

Die Umgebung

IWe are located on 34th Street between 10th Ave and 20th Ave, across from the park. We are located close to Mamitas Beach and Kool and Carnival Royal....by far the best beach clubs to relax, swim in the ocean or the pool, eat sushi or a burrito, and be served your favorite cold drink. We are also at the end of the beach which has the best restaurants. There has been a tremendous amount of growth in restaurants over the past few months, including La Bodeguita del Medio (Cuban), Chez Celine (French Bakery), Como Como (Mediterranean), Da Gigi (Italian and excellent pizza),Aqua Chilies (fresh seafood tacos at great prices), a wine bar, a couple of Argentinian places, and a several more. There is a bit of a more upscale, yet local vibe where we are. Not so many tourist shops selling t shirts.
