Lovely 1913 Dutch Colonial on 3/4 acre with gardens, shade trees, spacious bedrooms, lots of windows and natural light, hardwood floors, wood burning fireplace (SO nice in winter), parking for several cars, detached garage with lots of gardening tools, outdoor dining set, umbrella. Cast iron chimenea for lovely outdoor fires. Original exposed woodwork. New roof in 2007, new front steps in 2010, kitchen and bath renovation in 2006. 5 minute walk to local shops and close to public transportation and access to main road. 20 minutes to Boston by car and 3+ hours to the ski mountains of Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. 45 minutes to Cape Cod.

Established tree lined street keeps the house cool in the summer months. Fall is beautiful as the oak and maple trees turn orange, red, and gold. Lots of storage in full basement and full attic.
