Beautiful old farmhouse, all completely renovated, 3 miles from quaint, "New England" style town with gorgeous village Main Street business district -- cute boutiques, family-owned department stores, restaurants, bookstore, sporting goods stores, etc. House has hardwood floors, baseboard heating, two window air conditioning units (rarely necessary), two fireplaces, woodstove in separate "family room", large bay windows. Master bedroom, 2 bedrooms upstairs, with one bath. Small bath downstairs. Hot tub/jacuzzi on outside deck, overlooked by orchard. Surrounded by 30 acres of wooded lands, nice walking, great sunsets. Lots of deer, occasional views of other regional wildlife. A few other neighbors on dirt road; house just across the road with large rustic barn.
