This home is waterfront in the lower Florida Keys. Ten miles away from the island of Key West, this island is quiet and has a park with tennis, basketball, dog areas and more. The property is surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence and hundreds of tropical bushes and palm trees. The swimming pool has a solar heater and is surrounded by exotic species tropical plants. There is over 4,000 square feet of decking and balconies which make it a great place for outdoor entertaining and living. The kitchen is all new stainless steel high quality appliances. There are additional pull out couches with a total sleeping capacity of ten people.
