Converted Factory Loft in Historical Downtown Detroit., the loft is located in the courtyard, with direct access to the swimming pool and sauna. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom with immense character. I use one room for an art studio. It has a full bar with a huge living room area. The washer and dryer are in the unit. There is carpet in most of the rooms with the original concrete floors in the kitchen.

Minutes away from the athletic facilities of Detroit which include the Detroit Tigers (baseball), Detroit Red Wings (hockey), and the Detroit Lions (American football). The loft is filled with a diverse and youthful mix of artist, lawyers, doctors, athletes and entertainers.

Anyone will tell you upon coming to Detroit that the energy is contagious. Be close to the heart of electronic music and festivals that happen all throughout the year. It is the home of Motown music and started the techno music revolution.
