Comfortable Lakefront home in the "Down East" section of coastal Maine. This home is on Lower Patten Pond. Home is handicapped accessible. Comes equipped with 3 kayaks and equipment. Home has master BR with queen bed on first floor, and two BRs on second floor. Two full bathrooms, W/D, fully equipped kitchen, central heat, drilled well. This is our second home and we do not require a specific time swap. Looking for a 2 to 3 week trade in 2010. Prefer Europe. Also looking for a swap in 2009 for Colorado, 5/16-23. Can exchange any week in May or June, or Sept 12-end of October for 5/16.

Home is on a private, dead end road with 10 other residences, most unoccupied. Very quiet and peaceful. 4 miles from Patten Bay in Surry Village, 6 miles to salt water access and beaches on Newbury Neck Road. Great walking and hiking, sightseeing, history, Acadia National Park. Perfect vacation location.
