On the second floor there is a large master bedroom suite, bathroom and a children's bedroom with bunkbeds. The first floor consists of a modern kitchen, laundry room, family room, library with fireplace and sleep sofa, artist's studio, bathroom, and "great" room (large living room/dining room) with fireplace. A 30 foot tree-level balcony overlooks the pool and woods, perfect for outdoor grilling and dining.
