Beautiful, light and sunny 2 bedroom apartment, 90m2 on the top floor of a new, off-street development. Nice views and very quiet, despite urban location. The apartment is situated in the in the Holloway neighbourhood of the London Borough of Islington, close to Finsbury Park Station (London Underground and mainline trains) as well as excellent local bus services. Getting into central London is fast, for example, you can usually reach Oxford Circus underground station from Finsbury Park in under ten minutes. The apartment has two fantastic terraces. We ask that if visiting in the summer months, to please water our garden. Excellent location for visitors with special access requirements as there are no steps at any point in the approach to the building or apartment. Also, the rooms are generously sized and should therefore be accessible to most wheelchair users. We have a walk in shower, but this has not however been adapted (no seat and one step). For those coming to London by train, St Pancras Station is easily accessible by local bus service or London Underground.

The local neighbourhood is vibrantly multi-cultural and the local streets and shops are generally very busy. The apartment is in a secluded off-street location and provides an oasis of tranquility amid the energy of the local neighbourhood. Any football enthusiasts, please note the Arsenal Stadium is ten minutes walk away!
