More precisely, it is near the confederation street where many bus stops and shops are located. Very convenient for shopping. It is also very nice for tourism because it is down the old neighbourhood or the old city
Concerning the studio building, it 's a very nice building (historical monument - see the photo) and very quite.
The apartment messures 40m² and is very functionnal. There is a quite large bathroom and a independent kitchen with a bar.
In three words : functional, cosy and very well located.
