100 meters to the west is the protected nature reserve of Almenara marsh that extends over 1500 hectares with many species of flora and fauna which can walk and hike between freshwater lagoons.
both urbanization and the environment are very quiet areas.

The beach is just a five minute walk. It's a little crowded, natural beach and very spacious, with pebbles and sand lifeguard service, showers and blue flag for the quality of its waters. Environment to the beach is the wooden boardwalk over four kilometers long into the landscape and coastal dunes.
A five minute drive to the north, is the nude beach at Corinth. Too you can go walking.
