We live on a semi-detached house of around 400 m2, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a very large playroom with large cinema screen in the basement, ideal for kids. On the ground floor there´s a brand new, very well equipped kitchen, a spacious livingroom with fireplace, and a large independent diningroom. There's also a huge roofterrace with great views.
The outside area is a luxury in the centre of the city, it has sun all day long and it´s very private. There´s a lounge area and a diningtable with chairs, as well as 2 barbeques, a trampoline for the kids and many toys.
There are 2 private parking spaces. We can lend bikes and 1 scooter.
The house is light and quiet, and it´s located in one of the best suburbs of Madrid, Chamartin. Supermarket in the corner, restaurants, take aways, pharmacy, pool in the area.
ESPAÑOL:
Vivimos en un chalet de 400 m2 en el barrio de Chamartín, metro Pio XII. La casa tiene 3 plantas. En la planta calle hay una cocina grande y muy bien equipada, un comedor también muy grande con espacio para 8 comensales, y un salón amplio con chimenea y vistas al jardín.
En la planta de arriba hay 3 dormitorios dobles y 2 baños completos. Encima de este una terraza solárium de casi 100 m2.
En la planta baja hay un dormitorio de servicio con baño completo, una sala de lavandería con patio ingles, despensa y una gran sala multiusos que actua como salón de juegos, cine y salón de verano.
Tenemos 2 niños, de 3 y 6 años, asi que juguetes no nos faltan, asi como accesorios de bebé.
En la parte de fuera tenemos un gran jardín, con mesa de exterior, zona de sillones y cama elástica. Y 2 barbacoas, por supuesto, una de carbón y otra de gas.
Hay aparcamiento para 2 coches en la propiedad. Podeis hacer uso de nuestras bicicletas y un scooter.
Hay un Alcampo muy grande a 5 minutos a pie.
