In Prenzlauer Berg, one of the nicest areas in Berlin, very green, filled with nice coffeeshops, restaurants and markets. Good life qualitiy, friendly and safe. My flat is in the 4th floor. It has one quiet bedroom showing to the leafy court, comfortable boxspring bed. And a living room with sofa, big table and a sunny balcony. Cozy kitchen and bathroom with bathtube. Its very well located and has perfect connections to the public transports. 1o min tram to Alexanderplatz and the train that circles around the city is in 2 min walk distance. There is internet of course and a smart TV. European phone flatfeet. Wooden floor. About the pictures: sorry, they are 2 years old, the furniture has changed a bit, but the ffeeling is similair, There is new sofa, and other little changes, just didn't have the time yet to take pictures, but can send some you soon..

Umgebung

Loads of coffeeshops, restaurants, a small park with an observatory, a healthful store and a low price supermarket as well. You find good but really affordable food places, a falafel place is just next door, a late night shop as well.
