Il est chaleureux et convivial, se trouve dans un quartier sympa avec différents commerces, à 2 pas du métro PERNETY.
Il est prévu pour 2 personnes, il y a un canapé lit, un cuisine séparée, une petite entrée, une salle de bain avec baignoire et un eptit balcon.
Je cherche à échanger mon studio contre l'équivalence à New York, au centre de Manhattan, proche de Central Park.
Je suis de nature ordonnée et soigneuse, je cherche donc une personne comme moi pour venir habiter chez moi pour les vacances!
