Charmant studio très bien situé dans un quartier agréable, à proximité de parcs, restaurants, commerces et lieux culturels. Proche des transports en commun, à quelques minutes du centre-ville. Le studio est au 2ème (et dernier vrai avant grenier) étage d'une maison ancienne typiquement bruxelloise (plancher en bois, hauts plafonds moulurés, très lumineux). Très tranquille. Il est composé de deux grandes pièces (environ 55-60 m2), d'une petite salle de douche et d'un évier séparés mais adjacents à la cuisine. (WC sur le palier supérieur). Terrasse verdoyante en bois exotique de 26m2. Supermarché au coin de la rue et plein de bonnes adresses pour tout à proximité. L'occasion de découvrir et vivre Bruxelles et le centre de l'Europe sous leur meilleur jour! In english: Very Nice flat in a nice quarter of Brussels, close to the restaurants, markets, shops and cultural sites. Close to the public transports too and a few minutes from downtown. The flat is on the second and last floor of a very typical old house (wooden floors, high ceilings, light and charming). There are two main roo;s (for a total of about 55-60 m2), a small shower room next to the kitchen (but separeted), WC are on the upper floor. Very quiet. There is also a wooden terrace (26m2) outside of the kitchen The closest supermarket is just on the corner. A great occasion to discover and live Brussels and the center of Europe from a nice point of view!
